Pre-semester Checklist Preview

Have you ever wondered what items are on the pre-semester checklist before you've been able to access it? Here's a view of the form with the mystery unveiled. Just remember, the form allows you to click in and out of it, saving your updates and any changes, up to the time you submit. The pre-semester checklist for Spring 2017 will be sent out on April 10th. To click on actual tutorial links early, download the attached pre-semester checklist (PreChecklist.pdf) file.

  • Hi!  Does anyone know when we can expect the checklist link to be emailed for spring semester?

    • Hi Becky, the link to the pre-semester checklist should have been sent to your email on Monday, April 10th. If you didn't get it, please email  Thanks!

      • Thank you!

  • Hey folks,

I'm not sure if the checklist needs to be updated, but these links should be working, as long as you click on "2017 Winter" in the upper, right-hand corner.

If this doesn't work, try a different web browser, and let us know if you continue to have issues!

  • Thanks for the reminder! :)

  • The links for Group Directory and OCR Group didn't work for me. Is there another way of determining who those resources are?

    • Stan- my teachers and I all had the same problem. I'm hopeful there's a work-around as well as I still haven't been contacted by my OCR.

  • Heather,

For some reason my checklist didn't go to my TGL. Dave is saying maybe I was set up wrong?

    • Hey Christine,

You may have been switched from one group to another after the initial checklist went out. The TGL who did receive it should have sent it back to Sounds like that didn't happen. If you send a message to (Laurie Williams), we can sort it out and get it re-routed.

      Sorry for the troubles!

  • Hi Heather,

I never received a Pre-Semester checklist for an online TESOL 105 (non-Pathway) class I'm teaching. Should I have? I've only ever taught in Pathway; do non-Pathway online classes get this list, too?
