Is there any way to change the setting so that instructors automatically follow the group space forum they are in?

Can you automatically follow any discussion you participate in and any discussion you post? (Currently you have to manually follow every forum, and every discussion you participate in. Causing issues with instructors not realizing there are discussions to participate in.)

Is there an option where you could send a message to everyone in your group via the community space?
