I have to admit, I love the Olympics.... especially the winter Olympics. I know this may not hold as much appeal when you have to slog through the snow in Rexburg day after day, but for many in the world these are great days that come only every four years.
So with this in mind, I think we can apply some learning from these 2014 Winter Games. Here are my questions for us to ponder:
- What can we learn from these athletes and their families?
- Is there a direct application to our Instructor Standards and / or our newly published Leadership Principles?
- How do we motivate ourselves to do difficult / challenging (but rewarding) tasks?
